Refunds, returns, Cancellations and exchanges :
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return on a damaged item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or Order number as proof of purchase. We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping cost. Purchaser is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Sorry, but factory taped/sealed cases cannot be returned once opened. IE Premium cases, Mini Sets, Sealed Mainline cases. We ship cases that are single taped straight from our distributor therefor if we receive a return that has been re-taped or now double taped we will have to deny the return as that shows the item has been opened and re-taped.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues :
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
On factory sealed cases, we do not represent the condition of the cars or cards and will not accept a return for cracked or damaged blisters or cards due to cases being sealed and us not opening them to examine content conditions.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items :
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns/exchanges on clearance items, gift cards or sealed cases which have a possibility of a chase.
Also, as stated above, Sealed cases from factory are also non-returnable/non-refundable due to assortment exclusives out of our control.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded back to the original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take your bank or credit card up to 5 business days to process the refund.

We can offer exchanges on items that are still in stock. Items that are sold out or out of stock are unfortunately not eligible for an exchange.
Order cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If you place an order and contact us to cancel the order once it is placed and processing the order can be cancelled and is subject to a 10% restocking fee of the complete order amount. Once the order has shipped we can no longer cancel the order sorry.
